Expected time taken to dispatch the items is given against each product on the respective product details page. While we will try our best to dispatch products as soon as possible however in unusual circumstances the delivery of the products may take up to 15 days approx as per local guidelines. In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order, and send an email to you informing about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner the payment was made

Most items are returnable in our stores You may visit any Shoppers Stop store in India and return the merchandise in unused condition along with the original sale invoice or You may raise return/exchange (Registered user) by login into your Shoppers Stop online account from My Account Order Return/Exchanges or You may write to us customercareshoppersstop.com and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier within 2 working days from the date of Return/Exchange request raised. Once the product is picked and reaches our location within tentatively 5-7 working days we perform a quality check on the products within 2 working days and process Return/Exchange post quality check provided the merchandise is unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice failing which Return/Exchange may not be possible. For any merchandise that is returned or self-couriered by customer Return/Exchange will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the merchandise post quality check and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise. Any returns/exchanges at Shoppers Stop stores or through courier must be accompanied by the original sale invoice which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.
